The SAudi Labour Law Award
In Saudi Arabia, the End-of-service Award is mandatory for all workers. It is calculated based on your **last drawn total SAlary** (including basic and major allowances).
Calculation Multipliers
- First 5 Years: Half a month's SAlary for each year of service.
- After 5 Years: A full month's SAlary for each additional year.
Resignation vs Termination
If you resign, your award depends on your tenure:
- Under 2 Years: No award.
- 2 to 5 Years: One-third (1/3) of the award.
- 5 to 10 Years: Two-thirds (2/3) of the award.
- 10+ Years: Full award.
